Payment

All prices quoted on canaroza.com are inclusive of VAT.
We receive payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, IDEAL, Dankort, Bancontact & via banktransfer.
Upon payment, all of your card information is encrypted with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that neither we or anyone else can read your card information.

Shipping

Currently we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

We ship orders to the specified address so please ensure that all fields are filled in correctly. The packages are sent directly from The Netherlands.

Expected delivery time

Packages ordered before 12:00 are typically sent the same day. Otherwise, shipped the first day after ordering.

The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium: 2-4 business days
Germany: 2-4 business days

Rest of Europe: 3-6 business days

You will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package.

Returns

It is possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product you have purchased shows a defect. Please carefully check your goods upon receipt. Here is the procedure to be followed when returning your product.

Before returning a product to us, you must submit a return request. Without this request we reserve the right to refuse a return shipment.

The right of claim must be activated within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must describe the errors or omissions you think are in the product. Once we have received the package and accepted the complaint, we will refund an amount corresponding to the original price. Attach a copy of the invoice as well as the account number to the bank account to which we will transfer the money.

You have 14 days of withdrawal on your item. Upon prior agreement with us, the unopened products will be returned to us in original packaging. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@canaroza.dk as soon as possible. The item must be returned within 14 days.

You will receive the money within 30 days of returning the item if the item appears in its original condition.

If the product turns out to be defective, no compensation will be given. The product will, if desired, be returned to the customer.
